About the role

This role supports young people's social and emotional wellbeing through culturally safe counselling, mental health and risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, care coordination, advocacy, and referrals. The role collaborates with families, schools, and services, promotes cultural connection, facilitates wellbeing programs, and maintains accurate client records within the SEWB framework.
