Deliver culturally responsive maternal and child health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, providing assessments, clinical support, immunisations, health education, advocacy, and referrals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records and reporting, and ensure compliance with professional standards while promoting culturally safe, family-centred care and positive health outcomes.

This role delivers culturally safe tenancy and property management services, supporting successful tenancies through responsive tenant engagement, property inspections, rent and arrears management, maintenance coordination, legislative compliance, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve positive social housing outcomes.
