About the role
This role leads cultural and natural resource management, overseeing conservation projects, cultural site protection, visitor infrastructure, and the Budj Bim Tours program. Manage staff, budgets, reporting, and partnerships with Traditional Owners and stakeholders while delivering culturally respectful tourism, environmental outcomes, workplace safety, and continuous organisational improvement.

Maternal Child Health Nurse

About the role
Deliver culturally responsive maternal and child health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, providing assessments, clinical support, immunisations, health education, advocacy, and referrals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records and reporting, and ensure compliance with professional standards while promoting culturally safe, family-centred care and positive health outcomes.

Family Violence Practitioner
Full-time | 38hrs/wk (12-month maternity leave role)

About the role
This role provides culturally safe, trauma-informed crisis and case management support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by family violence. The role delivers risk assessment, safety planning, referrals and recovery programs, working collaboratively to promote safety, healing and empowerment.
