Budj Bim Ranger Team Leader x 2 positions

The purpose of this position is to lead the Land Management unit to ensure that effective and efficient support is provided and to assist in the cultural and natural resource management of the Budj Bim Heritage landscape. This position is based at our Heywood office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.


Budj Bim Ranger

The purpose of this position is to assist in the cultural and natural resource management of the Budj Bim Heritage landscape. This position is based at our Heywood office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.


Budj Bim Ranger Trainees x 2 positions

The purpose of this position is to assist in the cultural and natural resource management of the Budj Bim Heritage landscape and complete a Certificate III or IV in Conservation and Land Management. This position is based at our Heywood office. Term of Employment: Full Time, 24 months.

Family Services Team Leader

The purpose of this position is to lead the Family Services unit to ensure that effective and efficient support is provided. This role will also liaise with Senior Managers and employees to create and manage their program budgets. This position is based at our Heywood office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.


Integrated Family Services Worker

The purpose of this position is to operate in partnership with families and services to assist families achieve their goals of stability, safety and developmental wellbeing for their children and young people and liaise closely, and on occasion, work with other family services programs, including the Kinship area. This position can be based at either the Heywood or Hamilton office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.


Kinship Care Worker

The purpose of this position is to work with our Carers to ensure placement is established, supported and monitored in a culturally appropriate manner to ensure the safety and needs of the child are being met and to aid Carers to build on their informal supports and community to provide age appropriate care and experiences for the child. This position will also assist in finding extended family and family connections to provide the best care for children unable to live with their parents. This position is based at our Hamilton office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.


Youth Health and Wellbeing Officer

The purpose of this position aims to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of youth through providing support and advocacy. This position will also have a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of our youth by providing awareness of mental health and strategies to address. This position can be based at either our Heywood or Hamilton office. Term of Employment: Full Time ongoing, subject to government funding.
